Great question!

Feeling totally overwhelmed on where to start cooking is normal.

Cooking is the first practical step to start eating better and to learn to love it, it's best to start recreating a meal you enjoy.

Practicing some basic cooking kills, you can master that meal and fuel your desire to conquer more meals.

If I can go from heating up frozen food and eating out, you definitely can too. Let's get cooking!

can you lose weight without dieting or calorie counting?

100% yes...focusing on eating better, not perfect.

After years of various diets, with only short-term success, I learned dieting doesn't create lasting change (for me anyway)...and was determined to find a better way than the torture I felt on a diet.

Instead of calorie counting, I am focused on balancing my blood sugar while I eat everything, even sugar, and a slow and steady approach to improving my meals and mindset, I'm down over 10 pounds since my highest weight in 2021 (thank you COVID), with more to go.
