Bite-Size Steps, Big Change: My Journey with ADHD & Procrastination

Procrastination and I? We’ve been lifelong frenemies. It’s never caused catastrophic disasters (though there have been a few close calls), but it’s piled on mountains of unnecessary stress throughout my life. Discovering executive dysfunction opened the door to understanding ADHD and neurodivergence, making so much of my behavior make sense. Now, in my mid-forties, I’m asking: Who do I want to be in this next phase of life? I’m tired of self-sabotage and the relentless inner critic.
